A low-cost, easy and effective method for collecting on delinquent accounts is available with your Association Membership. For one flat fee per account, NCS will take action on your behalf. Simply complete a pre-ordered NCS Claim Form (one form per delinquent account), and return to NCS for processing. No matter how old the account is and regardless of the balance due, NCS has the solution.

Choose from three programs:

Level I

• Effective for lower balances of $50 - $300
• 5 written contacts
• Up to 3 collection calls

Level II

• Available for higher balances of $301 - $2,500
• 6 written contacts
• Up to 9 collection calls

Level III

• Exclusively for balances over $2,500
• 6 written contacts
• Up to 18 collection calls

Each level includes these additional benefits or services:
